Sales and client manager for the Baltics

YOUR ROLE:

  • Active sales to wholesale clients in Lithuania and the Baltics.
  • Creating and implementing SOLIDU business development strategy.
  • Daily work with existing clients, planning sales promotions, improving client experience.
  • Packing, handling, and shipping wholesale orders, including dealing with logistics agents.
  • Work with pricing, invoicing, excel, calculations and analysis, daily work with warehouse management and accounting systems.
  • Negotiating and updating contracts, checking and updating product information, organizing translations if needed, creating presentations and sales pitches.
  • Full-time job in our office in Vilnius.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

  • You have plenty of experience in sales so that you can immediately start in your role and require little training.
  • You are able to set your own goals and KPIs, possess a „can-do“ attitude. You are effective in planning and finishing your tasks. You are goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in Lithuanian & English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Other languages, such as Russian, are considered an advantage.
  • You are very polite and always put client relationships first.
  • Invoices and packing lists do not scare you, they drive you.
  • Contracts. You love contracts, could read them as a book.
  • Excel, stock management, prices, and costs do not bring you down. If given a chance, you will optimize anything you lay your hands on. Goes without saying, we won‘t be able to find any miscalculations in your work.

Packer Until December (Terminated Contract)

We are looking for people to help out in the busy Christmas season. Experience is not required, as long as you are hardworking, attentive to details and reliable.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO HERE?

  • Packaging SOLIDU products into boxes, selecting labels, ensuring that the product is correctly labeled;
  • Working term until the end of December;
  • Flexible working schedule, you can  choose your desired working hours;
  • Remote work not possible;
  • Experience not required.

Lab Assistant Until December (Terminated Contract)

We are looking for people to help out in the busy Christmas season. Experience is not required, as long as you are hardworking, attentive to details and reliable.

WHAT WILL YOU DO HERE?

  • Molding/pouring SOLIDU products;
  • Other routine manufacturing work;
  • Ensuring the quality of molded products;
  • Working term: until the end of December;
  • You are detail-oriented, hardworking and responsible;
  • You speak English;
  • You do not have allergies or sensitivities that would interfere with working with cosmetic raw materials.

Ads and Social Campaigns Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the main responsible person for PPC campaigns (Google ads, Facebook ads, etc) for Europe eCommerce. Conduct daily work with ads, create your own ad copies, monitor the results.
  • Define action plan for 2021-2022, set goals, guidelines and target KPIs.
  • Experiment with new ad campaigns and ad formats to increase results.
  • Keep up to date with the newest tendencies, opportunities and trends. Proactively implement new strategies that are applicable to the company.
  • Support product launches, major holidays and sales with ad campaigns.
  • Report on weekly basis about ad performance and ongoing projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of „hands on“ experience in Paid Search and Social Campaigns (Adwords, Bing ads, Facebook ads) and setting strategy to drive profitable growth. Proficiency in these tools is a must.
  • Ability to copywrite and create, edit, and review both existing and new content.
  • Experience in consumer products is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian is mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience with multi-regional markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced envirnoment, flexible, self-sufficient and able to take responsibility for own work and results.
  • Strong written and communication skills in English and Lithuanian are mandatory.

Procurement and sourcing manager (short term contract or freelance role)
We are looking for a procurement/sourcing manager to lead a short-term project and oversee all sourcing initiatives related to it. This is a project-based role to source materials and find suppliers for SOLIDU‘s new product packaging, with a duration of 2 to 6 months. Can be a short-term employment contract or freelance project contract.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Together with the marketing team manage packaging design manufacturing initiatives.
  • Independently identify and select trustworthy suppliers to meet company‘s packaging needs.
  • Cooperate and liaison between the company and suppliers to negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Oversee signing new suppliers from beginning to an end, by negotiating the terms until the first order can be placed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Very independent and able to take initiative. In this role, you will independently select suitable partners and negotiate contracts. No training for the job will be provided other than company‘s requirements for products to be sourced.
  • Great command of English, other languages are an advantage.
  • Creative and problem-solving mindset, able to think outside the box and independently find solutions.
  • At least 4 years experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement.
  • Preferred experience in packaging and/or consumer packaged goods industries.
  • Must have strong analytics, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
